Of course it doesn't help that on the seller's page they hide the logo which very much resembles to the Hikari one.Still I wouldn't call it a clone with no "real" logo on it and even if so I wouldn't care that much, I have some CRK copies/clones/hommages myself, too, some with, some without a logo (which I prefer, like on the Vespa Neon).

Enjoy your knife, maybe I'll get one myself one day but if they'll ever sell the Tekut Zero for $16-18 than that one will be first ;)

...or if I'll find a good price for the upcoming Ruike 831-SF...Adahnsplace.blogspot.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11486884453763751666noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4938657184929297842.post-62377082919556481462017-04-24T03:41:01.946-07:002017-04-24T03:41:01.946-07:00Yeah, it really resembles the overall concept, but...Yeah, it really resembles the overall concept, but can't be called a clone imo.
Cheers and again - thanks for your input!Atech Reviewshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01223950022542707119noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4938657184929297842.post-52421590000026382192017-04-24T03:36:41.608-07:002017-04-24T03:36:41.608-07:00We each have our own path and choices, especially ...We each have our own path and choices, especially in the knife world and I respect each one.
BTW - I knew the knife wasn't to the specs before ordering it, got it solely for a review and to find out for 100%.
Cheers!Atech Reviewshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01223950022542707119noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4938657184929297842.post-24984238884278669952017-04-23T22:03:56.750-07:002017-04-23T22:03:56.750-07:00Nice find. I've been eyeing these for a while, too, there's even some with a pocket clip.

Anyways, your version is the copy of the Hikari higonokami, made in Japan. At least they used the Kanji for Seki City on the blade instead of the Hikari one ;)
(There were some straight knock-offs with the Hikari name and Kanji on it for a while, I'd always prefer one without the real name on it.)Adahnsplace.blogspot.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11486884453763751666noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4938657184929297842.post-84587860432409208402017-04-23T13:21:43.002-07:002017-04-23T13:21:43.002-07:00I have considered this knife a few times, but I al...I have considered this knife a few times, but I always found something else instead. Lately, I have bought some more premium American knives (ZT, Benchmade, Bradford) as well as some better Chinese knives (Vespa, CH). I also received some Chinese knives that were falsely advertised. For now, I am sticking with the established vendors I already know, even if it costs me a little more. Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00335045983616707776noreply@blogger.com
